Thursday 10/27 Varsity Film after school - 3:45

Friday 10/28 JV Blue and Varsity vs Lowell High

Saturday 10/29 Trunk or Treat


Girl's Volleyball Offseason Strength Program

Below you will find our offseason training regiment. This program was designed with volleyball in mind as it focuses on strengthening the most utilized parts of your body when playing volleyball. We want to make sure shoulders and legs are strong before the season to help prevent injury. We will also be strengthening core and adding cardio to this to help you become a complete athlete. A printable pdf version of this is available below for tracking. For information or resources on how to do these workouts please visit https://www.acefitness.org/ . You can search these workouts and have a visual on how to perform them correctly. When working out please stress that form is most important and it's better to do less reps correctly than more reps poorly. If you have any questions please reach out.

Boy's Summer Program

The summer for boys volleyball will consist of weekly open gyms as well as having weight training a couple times a week. Schedule will be updated regularly on weekends to help plan the week ahead.
